After spending the day of 9th Dhul Hijjah in Arafah, then sleeping in Muzdalifah that night, walking back to Mina on the 10th (Eid), we then go off to stone the Jamarah.

The pilgrims spend the nights from the 10th to the 12th Dhul Hijjah in Mina.
This is an obligation according to the majority of scholars.
You can also stay an extra day until the 13th. This is optional IF you leave Mina before Maghrib on the 12th and obligatory if you remain in Mina after Maghrib on the 12th.
On the 10th, we stone only the 3rd Jamarah (Jamarat al-Aqabah).
On the 11th, 12th and 13th, we stone all three Jamarahs.
