Can one prolong their bowing (rukoo) and prostration (sujood) if it helps them to have more kushoo?
Is there a minimum or maximum length one can prolong their rukoo and sujood?
In this video, I answer and explain.

As Salaamu 3alaikum akh
May Allah keep you in the best of emaan and health
You answered the first question beautifully…however…I think it needs to be stressed that prolonging rukoo and sujood is when one is performing salaat individually…when there is an emaam, salaat in jama’ah, one must of course follow the emaam…and so prolonging rukoo and sujood is dependent on how long the emaam takes…
